Pet Policy

Our pet & animal policy allows a maximum of 3 animals, with no more than 2 being a cat and/or dog.  For animals other than a cat or dog, 1 habitat (i.e., cage, aquarium) counts as 1 animal.  All animals must have management approval prior to occupancy.  Documentation needed prior to approval consists of: proof of vaccinations being up to date, proof of cat, dog, or rabbit being spayed or neutered, current photograph of animal and per city ordinance, license or registration within the city.
 
Pet Deposit: $200; Pet Nonrefundable Fee: $100 per cat and rabbit; $200 per dog.  Dog Rent $40/month per dog.  Cat Rent $25/month per cat.
